Kidney 101

yeah, I know nobody finds this stuff as interesting as I do, but nobody’s forcing you to read this blog, either, ok?

Teddy has grade IV in the right (small) kidney and grade V in the left (“good”) kidney. (note that good is relative here. good means hanging on by a fingernail) His estimated GFR is 8. (below 15 is pretty bad)
